The book that started a hot series. It is a great read and is set up almost in diary format as it follows Matt’s journey into subspace.

This was a very cool book, the situation is very kinky. I like imagining this kind of underground sub training going on, but I enjoyed the story and the ultimate ending.

Atlanta Bears
A Southern Chastity Story

John is a young law school student finishing his last year at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia. He thinks he knows all there is to know about being a dominant and sees himself as a catch to the boys in town. A night out at the local bar with his friends Bart and Wes leads to an encounter with an experienced, older man that shows him just how much he has to learn. An agreement is made and John falls into the depths of the BDSM leather subculture in the city. Follow his journey as he and his friends rapidly evolve over a few months and are taught the true nature of a healthy dominant/submissive lifestyle. Set in the year 1998, “Atlanta Bears” serves as the origin story for the protagonist of the “Southern Chastity” novels. It explores how John became the man he is and the origins of his subordinate training program.
L. D. Cub weaves an excellent story that explores the Dom/sub spectrum from multiple sides. His characters are very fleshed out and show growth through the span of the story. I’d highly recommend picking this book up.
Chastity and Service
Book 3 the Southern Chastity Series

Subordinates Matt and Bo are preparing for their wedding in Atlanta, Georgia. But Bo has grown and changed since they first met and begins to explore his dominant side. Their former trainer, John, agrees to help guide him, but Matt will have to come to terms with his fiancé’s evolution. At the same time, their household grows as their master, Todd, pursues a relationship. With spring approaching, John informs the community that significant changes are on the horizon. This leads Matt to decide to return to the training program to help his chosen family. Later, as sub graduates from across the country gather to honor John and celebrate with Matt and Bo, they all reflect on how their experiences have influenced their lives. Matt also faces a decision that may challenge the very image of himself and his definition of chastity and service. It all comes together in the third and final book in the Southern Chastity series.
